need life advice
This isn't a poem.
Though maybe
I could write it like
one.
I'm interviewing for a position
in South Korea next month.
And then maybe I'll move there
in June.
That's all.
What do you think?

Sounds like a good move to me. I've always thought you could do better than Spokane, WA. I say go for it.
But I guess I don't know your life enough to have anything negative to say about it. What is holding you back?
Lastly, I realize you're an adult and have been one for a while, but how do your parents feel? For some stupid, gossipy, unsophisticated reason I'm curious.
I guess, to be honest, the only thing holding me back now is being unemployed. If they give us jobs, we'll go. We really will.
My parents. My parents! They'll go bananas so I haven't told them yet. Though I've given them hints to help soften the blow...
Liz and I stopped in S. Korea on the way over to Nepal and had lunch in downtown Incheon. NOBODY speaks english there. NOBODY. So it was interesting to do pretty much anything. I think you'd like it. Maybe you'll be like David Sedaris but for Korea instead of France.
Btw, speaking of your writing "career" when do we get to see some stories, miss gocart award nominee (is it the gocarts, right)?
